This hospital is really really nice , it is the best hospital i have ever seen and everyone in it is lovely and kind . The staff are so professional,in fact the most professional staff i have ever encountered . The staff here must be the most qualified staff i have ever came across and the nicest people on earth . The hospital itself is really clean and bright and makes me so happy , just seeing it makes me want to attend this brilliant hospital . ( iwantgreatcare seems to have sold out on its principles as it wont publish negative comments about this hospital because of objections by staff from spire Washington so maybe i can get a review published this way ).

As an inpatient in 2012 I had no problems. Nor did I with my first yearly check up. My 2 year check was booked in incorrectly as private when my gp had referred me clearly as a NHS patient. I could not see the consultant when I attended and I had to be re referred. It was a little embarrassing at the desk and I had a wasted journey.

Amazing place - Highly professional staff . We don't know how lucky we are to have such quality care in the North East.

the staff were caring and responsive and supported me before and after the operation. Rooms and corridors were clean and I felt safe. The Nurses were particularly careful with my after operation medication and care.
